The u3a enables people who are retired or no longer in full time employment to maintain their interests and develop new ones in a supportive, sociable atmosphere that benefits both mental and physical health.

We have been a presence in Swanland and the surrounding area for the last 27 years and are proud of our record in enabling so many retired people to live active and full lives.
