Parish Council meetings return to the Village Hall

Published: 11 May 2021

As the country starts to come out of lockdown, the temporary powers that allowed Parish Council meetings to be held remotely have ceased, and therefore meetings will return to being held in person in the Priory Rooms of the Village Hall.

In order to maintain the public's right to attend meetings in person, whilst also ensuring that we meet all of the social distancing rules that still apply, the Clerk requests that anyone who wishes to attend a meeting contacts the Clerk in advance, so that the necessary preparations can be made.  We are sorry that this add an extra layer of bureaucracy to proceedings but it is required whilst the room capacities are still restricted.  Once all restrictions are lifted we hope to be able to remove this requirement.

Many Thanks for your understanding.
