Parish Council submits OBJECTION to Plot E

Published: 22 December 2020

North Ferriby Parish Council held an Extraordinary Meeting on 10th December, where it agreed that is would be strongly objecting to the proposed development on Plot E.  The comments submitted to the planning portal can be read here

Prior to this a list of questions was also submitted to the planning officer requesting that the developer provide answers - hopefully this list captures the issues that were raised by resident and the Parish Council but were not covered or fully answered during the presentation by Wykeland on 2nd December.

Alongside this the Parish Council has also been investigating the area of open space covered by a section 106 agreement, the land that is beside the Long Plantation.  The following correspondence and landscaping assessment report have also been sent to the East Riding of Yorkshire Council but at the time of writing has not yet appeared on the planning portal.

The Parish Council continue to urge residents to submit their comments on the proposed development.  The details are on the ERYC Planning Portal site and can be found using this link.
