Transwaste Planning Application

Transwaste have yet again submitted a planning application to extend their operating hours to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Despite two previous applications for 24 hour operation at the Transwaste site being REFUSED by the Planning Committee at ERYC, and an Appeal being dismissed by the Planning Inspector a further application has been submitted. The details of the Planning Application are:-
REFERENCE NUMBER : 20/03216/CM : Variation of Condition 26 (opening hours) of planning permission 05/06302/STPLF (Construction of a waste transfer facility including new office, stores, waste sorting buildings, hardstanding areas and planted bund) to allow the 24 hour operation of the existing waste transfer station and hours of deliveries to and from the site to remain unchanged.
