Further Objection Submitted by Parish Council

Since the Wykeland presentation in December, there have been no further updates from the developer or the applicant to provide information which answers any of the concerns raised over the proposed development. There are a significant number of outstanding issues that the community has raised but are still to be answered. North Ferriby Parish Council decided to highlight these concerns in a single (and rather large) document which references some substantial objections to the proposal.
This is still not available for you to see at the time of writing on the planning portal, so it is available for you to read here for your information.
At the time of writing it is still anticipated that the application will be determined at the ERYC Planning Committee meeting on 25th February at 2pm.
